I have a villa with källare. The källare is in a very raw state, with raw walls, no floors, no heating etc. I want to turn it into a space with 2 guest rooms, 1 office room, storage and bathroom. Also it is now only accessible from outside of the house, and I want to connect it with ground floor with staircase, and help to design the ground floor area with the staircase as well as ground floor hall and bathroom. So, I need and interior architect who can help me to plan this rooms and furniture that should be in there, as well as what technologies for walls, heating, floors, bathrooms, etc. should be used. Also, prepare a project documentation that can be used for builders to execute the changes.
I prefer to work with English speaking people, as my Swedish is still very basic.
