I seek an estimate to do a house inspection as a buyer of a property. It is old (1965) and I want to be sure there are no big issues to fix . (Roof? drains, foundation, wood rotting, plumbing /winter freezing possibilities, electrical, etc.)
I would like to know the price for inspection so that I am ready to schedule an appointment if I win the ongoing bidding.
